I have a problem with a form. The bank forces me to leave it unmarked, otherwise it won't authorize the page for me. The problem is that the form can be submitted without the system forcing you to send it. I think you should give this option.

That allows us to operate the Form without a confirmation email, only with a box to accept Privacy Policies. We need that and that when you enter a name, email, accept policies and click to subscribe, a new page will open from our Worpress thanking you and with other information.
