It would be very useful if the platform allows you to filter contacts based on active or recently sent coupons, to prevent the same person from receiving several coupons at the same time from different automations (newsletter, abandoned cart, winback, etc.). Today you can only filter by lists or by if an automation triggered in X days, but this does not solve all cases and can permanently block customers or allow double sending of coupons. The ideal would be to have a filter of the type: “Do not send if the contact has an active/sent coupon in the last X days” or access fields such as: Date the coupon was sent Expiration date source automation This would allow for more precise automations, avoid overlaps and improve the customer and administrator experience.
