Totally agree! For automations: DO NOT consider the purchase as complete when you receive payment, the status should be when it was shipped (at least). An automation of “Feedback Request” (loyalty) can go very badly if the order has not yet been dispatched. A long wait time doesn't solve this either. It's just taking another state, more later than “paid”
