This automation is crucial, in my experience with other platforms, it generates between 30% and 40% of conversions for my clients. I don't think it should be a topic of analysis, it's a topic that should be. It actually puts me in a difficult position to decide to stop using the platform, at least for my clients with Shopify. I wish they could integrate it soon.
